  – Number of copies: 3 copies
  – Signatures of advisor and committee members are required on the hard copies.
  

• ‘Thesis/Dissertation Agreement’: Submit the signed document when you submit hard copies.
  – Form: Refer to the attachment
  – Author and advisor’s signatures are required.
  

※ Regulations on the Degree Conferment in Graduate School – Article 34 (Suspension of Degree Conferment) Students who fail to submit a printed thesis by the deadline shall be suspended from degree conferment in the semester and considered as the prospective graduate of the next semester, despite the passing of the thesis examination.
