to the librarian in charge of donations (via email or in-person).<\/li>\n<li>Submit the &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/library.unist.ac.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/UNIST-Library-Materials-Donation-Agreement-Form.hwp\">UNIST Library Materials Donation Agreement Form<\/a>&#8216; and &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/library.unist.ac.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Personal-Information-Collection-and-Use-Consent-Form.hwp\">Personal Information Collection and Use Consent Form<\/a>&#8216;\u00a0along with the donation materials.<\/li>\n<li>After the librarian in charge of donations receives the materials, they will verify if the list of materials matches the actual books and check for any damage or contamination before registering the donated materials.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n\t\t[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]        <div class=\"grid_item grid_data\">\n\t        <h4 class='line_title'>UNIST Library does not accept<\/h4>                        <div class=\"round_box\">\n                <div class=\"data_cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Materials that duplicate our holdings<\/li>\n<li>Items classified as &#8220;restricted purchases&#8221;
