After the librarian in charge of donations receives the materials, they will verify if the list of materials matches the actual books and check for any damage or contamination before registering the donated materials.

Materials that duplicate our holdings
Items classified as “restricted purchases” (e.g., materials on trends like investment, health, etc.)
Contaminated or damaged materials
Theses or dissertations from other universities
Periodicals such as newspapers, popular magazines, and in-house publications
Outdated and low-value reference materials (encyclopedias, dictionaries, yearbooks, etc.) and collections
Books for specific exams, certifications, or company recruitment exams (e.g., books for TOEIC, TOEFL, PSAT, NCS, etc.)
