Donating Materials

UNIST Library welcomes the donation of materials with enduring academic value, regardless of format.

How to donate

  1. Submit the ‘The List of Materials‘ to the librarian in charge of donations (via email or in-person).
  2. Submit the ‘UNIST Library Materials Donation Agreement Form‘ and ‘Personal Information Collection and Use Consent Form‘ along with the donation materials.
  3. After the librarian in charge of donations receives the materials, they will verify if the list of materials matches the actual books and check for any damage or contamination before registering the donated materials.
