Part 1: “A Greeting to Myself”

  • Lecture Overview
How is the “weather” on our planet these days? Though the calendar says autumn, scorching summer heat and heavy rains alternate overhead, while chilly winds sneak in at dawn and night. Likewise, how is the weather of your mind? Clear, cloudy, noisy, or calm?
Through meditation—a practice of restoring the body and mind to their original state—this lecture invites you to greet yourself, listen to your true voice, and offer compassion and comfort. Join us in the middle of September for a moment of self-greeting.
  • Speaker: Chihoon Lee (Co-Representative, Music Meditation Group Querencia; Main Producer, Hunus Entertainment; Heart Smile Meditation Seed Teacher)
  • Date & Venue: Sep. 25, 2025 (Thu), 15:00–16:30 @ UNIST Jigwanseoga

Part 2: “Resonance of the Handpan”

In this session, you will learn the science of the handpan, experience its unique vibrations firsthand, and use its resonance as a pathway to self-care and inner listening.
