All electronic resources (Journal, Database, etc.) provided by the Library are protected by copyright under license agreements with publishers.
All users must comply with the Fair Use Policy specified in the license agreements when using electronic resources.
※ Notice Violation of the Fair Use Policy may result in restricted access to the relevant electronic resources, and may lead to the temporary suspension of electronic resource services for the entire university. Please use electronic resources with caution.
※ Recent Fair Use Violation Cases
Temporary or permanent suspension of journal access for the relevant IP range may occur in case of Fair Use violations. The following measures will be implemented pursuant to Article 11, Paragraph 4 of the Library Operation and Use Guidelines.
If compensation is requested by the publisher, the violating user shall be responsible.
Electronic resources are valuable academic resources shared by all members of the university. To ensure stable service provision and continued use, all users are required to comply with the Fair Use Policy.
