Course Reserves are books set aside for a specific academic course. Items are added at the request of course instructors.

Many of these books are not loanable and must be used on the 3rd floor.

  • Max. 5 hours per book
  • Overdue Fines: 200 KRW per book per hour

For Instructors - placing items on reserve

  • Using ‘UNIST Portal > 수업 > 강의계획서 입력 및 도서 > 도서정보 입력’ page to submit reserve items will automatically place them in the appropriate reserves processing queue.
    ※ For more details, please consult the official document sent to your department before each semester.
  • Requested items that the library does not own will be purchased and catalogued. As these process can take at least 3-4 weeks, we recommend submitting all reserve requests as early as possible each semester
