Penalties for overdue materials will continue to apply until the day they are returned and overdue fines are paid. Furthermore, the library shall take the following actions to collect overdue materials and to charge for overdue fines:

• If a student does not pay overdue fines then borrowing will be suspended and the corresponding department may be asked to place limitations on issuing certificates and the process of leave of absence or graduation.
