Library changes like this! Feedback and improvement plans regarding VOC(Voice of Customers) collected in the 2018 Library Satisfaction Survey

After collecting over 1,000 VOCs in the 2018 Satisfaction Survey, we would like to announce the following improvement plans:

 

Major Improvement Plan

1) Replacement of library gate

2) Replacement and Introduction of self check-out machine

3) Introduction of mobile seat reservation system

4) Installation of additional thermocouple air purifiers

5) Introduction of late-fee system
